Oil Separators Filters

DA1080 air oil separator filter for air compressor functions to separate the oil from the compressed air before the air is delivered to the end-use application or storage.

As the air-oil mixture passes through the air oil separator filter, tiny oil droplets coalesce (come together) into larger droplets that are too heavy to remain suspended in the air stream. The larger oil droplets then fall out of the air stream and are collected at the bottom of the separator. The collected oil is then drained back into the air compressor's sump or oil circuit for reuse.

DA1080 air oil separator filter is designed rationally to minimize the resistance of air flow while maintaining high-efficiency filtration, thus improving the overall efficiency of the air compressor.
