By effectively separating oil from the compressed air, DA1034 high efficiency air/oil separator for air compressor ensures that the air produced is clean and suitable for sensitive applications. The removal of oil and particulates prevents contamination of downstream equipment , reducing wear and tear.

To ensure a tight seal around DA1034 air/oil separator, it employs VITON O-rings which offer excellent resistance to oils, heat, and wear and are ideal for the harsh operating conditions encountered within air compressors.

The flow direction of DA1034 air/oil separator is meticulously designed to maximize efficiency and minimize pressure drop. The out-to-in flow pattern ensures that the air and oil mixture enters the outer layers of the filter media and gradually moves towards the center. This design allows for a greater contact time between the oil droplets and the filter media, leading to superior separation.
