Oil Separators Filters

DA1004 air compressor part air-oil separator filter separates the oil droplets and solid particles in the compressed air to ensure the cleanliness of the compressed air. Specifically, when the mixture of compressed air and lubricating oil leaves the airend of the compressor, it will enter the oil-gas drum, during which most of the lubricating oil will be separated from the air due to gravity. However, there are still some tiny oil droplets that flow with the compressed air. At this point, the air-oil separator filter will play a role, through the physical interception, cohesion and other ways, to further remove these tiny oil droplets, so that the final compressed air discharged in the oil content is greatly reduced, to meet the industry or application requirements of the standard.
