Main Features

SB521 built‑in separator efficiently coalesces and removes oil aerosol from compressed air, reduces outlet oil content and lube‑oil consumption, protects downstream precision filters and end‑use equipment.

High‑performance gradient glass‑fiber media provides excellent coalescing efficiency and high dirt‑holding capacity. Condensed oil flows back to sump via built‑in oil‑return tube.

Double‑layer metal inner support screens resist air‑flow turbulence and media deformation under high‑temperature oil‑gas conditions.

Flange‑mounted design for maintenance. 

Replace upon high differential pressure, oil carry‑over or abnormal oil consumption to avoid downstream pipeline contamination.
