Main Features

DB20006 flange‑style separator efficiently coalesces and removes oil aerosol from compressed air, reduces outlet oil content and lube‑oil consumption, protects downstream precision filters and end‑use equipment.

High‑performance imported composite glass‑fiber media delivers excellent oil‑mist separation performance. Condensed lube oil flows back to sump via oil‑return tube to reduce oil consumption.

Flange‑mounted design for maintenance replacement. Separator housing needs to be opened during service; ensure reliable flange sealing to prevent gas bypass and oil carry‑over.

Replace when differential pressure rises, outlet air carries excessive oil or oil consumption increases abnormally, to avoid oil contamination of downstream piping and equipment damage.
