Oil Separators Filters

At its core, 6.2032.0 air/oil separator filter element for compressor utilizes borosilicate micro glass fiber as the filtration media. This material is renowned for its exceptional filtering capabilities and durability. Borosilicate glass fibers are fine and uniform, providing an extensive surface area for efficient oil separation. The fibers' micro-porous structure captures oil droplets with remarkable precision while allowing air to pass through freely. The filter's efficiency is further enhanced by the dense packing of these fibers, creating multiple layers for even the finest oil particles to be trapped.

The flow direction of the 6.2032.0 is designed as Out-In, meaning that the compressed air laden with oil mist enters the outer side of the filter element and flows towards the center. This inward flow pattern facilitates the coalescence of oil droplets on the filtration media, which then drain down and collect at the bottom of the separator vessel due to gravity. The now cleaner air exits the inner side of the filter element, carrying only minimal amounts of oil.
