250042-862 air oil separator is a component used in the secondary separation and filtration of oil and gas mixtures in an air compressor system, located behind the primary separator to further improve the purity of the compressed air.

After the oil-gas mixture enters the 250042-862 secondary separator, it is first separated through the coarse separation layer, and the large oil droplets sink to the bottom of the separator under the action of gravity and inertia. Then, the oil-gas mixture enters the subdivision layer, and after fine filtration, the remaining tiny oil droplets and impurities are separated and accumulated at the bottom of the separator. The clean gas is discharged from the other end and enters the subsequent process or equipment.
