Oil Separators Filters

In an air compressor system, the main role of oil is to lubricate, cool and seal, but before the compressed air reaches the final point of use, the oil needs to be removed as much as possible to ensure air quality and reduce pollution to downstream equipment.

After the compressed air passes through the primary air oil separator, most of the larger oil droplets have been separated, but there are still some tiny oil mist particles. This compressed air containing oil mist then enters the secondary air oil separator , where the oil mist particles are intercepted by the filter material for further purification. After the secondary oil separation core treatment, the oil content of the compressed air can be greatly reduced to meet the level required by the industry standard.
