Function:

The unloader valve can automatically adjust its working state according to the change of system pressure. When the system pressure exceeds the set value, the unloader valve will automatically open to discharge the excess gas and prevent the system from overpressure, thus protecting the air compressor and downstream equipment from damage.

When the air compressor is shut down or the load demand is reduced, the unloader valve can quickly reduce the working pressure of the compressor to the pressure of the air storage tank, so that the compressor stops working or reduces the invalid running time, thereby reducing energy consumption.
