Working Principle
Compressed air pre-treated by Grade G medium filters flows into the cartridge from the outer stainless steel protective mesh. The multi-layer ultra-fine glass fiber medium captures 0.01 μm submicron oil mist particles, which collide and coalesce into large liquid droplets. Liquid condensate sinks to the housing bottom automatic drain port and discharges automatically by gravity. Ultra-clean low-oil compressed air flows to activated carbon filters or high-standard precision production equipment.
