Air Filters

SA6036 air filter element filter cartridge is an important filtration element used to filter out dust, impurities and oil mist from the air to ensure that the air entering the air compressor is clean. It is made of high-efficiency filtration materials. The purpose of this air filter element filter cartridge is to protect the internal components of an air compressor from contamination, preventing early wear and tear and failure, while improving the quality of compressed air.

In order to reduce the pressure loss when air passes through, and to improve the efficiency of the overall system, the design of air filter element tries to reduce the airflow resistance.

Air filter element replacement interval is 2,000 to 2,500 hours, depending on the cleanliness of the working environment. In dusty or harsh environments, the replacement interval may be shorter.
